The program helps students meet state and local student standards in core academic subjects, such as reading and math; offers students a broad array of enrichment activities that can complement their regular academic programs; and offers literacy and other educational services to the families of participating children. The program is of no cost to participating 21st CCLC students and their families. Feeder schools include: Oakland Terrace Elementary, Lucille Moore Elementary, M. Cherry Street Elementary, Cedar Grove Elementary, Oscar Patterson Elementary, and Jinks Middle School. Charter and private schools include: Bay Haven Charter Academy, North Bay Haven Charter Academy, Palm Bay Charter Academy, Palm Bay Prep Academy, and St. John’s Catholic School. With enrollment in our program a letter will be sent out to all feeder schools, principals, and faculty that our students attend; the letter was distributed September 11, 2018.
